Cesar Millan
Here's your chance to spend some quality time with the family — and your dogs!
Drumming from East to West
If you added percussion to an orchestra, what will you get? A "just sit back and prepare to be entertained" kind of performance. This is what Scottish percussionist Evelyn Glennie and the Singapore Chinese Orchestra are promising their audience for one night only. They'll be aided by Taiwanese composer Chung Yiu-kwong's concerto for solo percussion, as well as Chinese traditional tunes. 2 June, 8pm. Singapore Chinese Orchestra Hall, Singapore Conference Hall. Tickets from $25.
Jewish tour of Singapore
Did you know that Singapore also has a small Jewish community? Get to know them with this guided tour that will take you through two synagogues and sculptures at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. 3 June, 2pm. Dempsey Bus Park. Admission, $100.
