24 May – 2NE1 fans, rejoice! YG Entertainment has confirmed that 2NE1 will be releasing a new album.
According to Kpopfever website, a representative of YG Entertainment revealed that 2NE1 will be releasing their new album in mid June and has completed at least seven new songs for the album.
Regarding the album itself, the rep stated, "As far as 2NE1′s next album goes, we haven't decided whether to release it as a full album or as a mini album just yet."
They added that the all promotional activities will begin after its release.
Meanwhile, the agency also revealed that 2NE1 will hold their solo concert in July, a month after making their comeback.
The rep stated, "We'll make an official announcement about the concert after all matters are decided internally," and wishes everyone a happy summer.
