17 Sep– Baek Ji-young, also known as the Queen of Ballad and the Queen of OST has participated in recording a new song for the original soundtrack of MBC's "Arang and the Magistrate", according to Kpopstarz website.
It was reported that the song, "Love and Love" is a ballad that represents the love between main characters of the story, Eun-oh (played by Lee Jun-ki) and Arang (played by Shin Min-ah).
On 3 September, her agency, WS Entertainment revealed, "Baek Ji-young's ability to be immersed in a song and her emotion-packed vocals will be a great help in delivering the love story between the two characters, Eun-oh and Arang in the drama."
Allkpop website reported that the song was composed Yoo Young-suk especially for the melancholic voice of Baek Ji-young, utilising a 20-member orchestra.
