24 May – It was revealed that Super Junior's member Dong-hae and "The Moon that Embraces the Sun" actress Yoon Seung-ah have been cast as a couple for Channel A's upcoming drama, "Miss Panda and Mr. Porcupine".
As revealed on Koreaboo website, an official of the broadcasting channel told the media, "Yoon Seung-ah and Dong-hae will appear together on 'Miss Panda and Mr. Porcupine'. The airing time will be confirmed in the future as they are currently filming at the moment."
"Miss Panda and Porcupine" is of a romantic comedy genre with baking as their theme. Dong-hae is set to play the role of "Mr. Porcupine" - described to have a stoic personality and unique hairstyle. Meanwhile, Yoon Seung-ah will play the role of Miss Panda which is described to have a calming personality.
This will be Dong-hae's second drama after his debut in "It's Ok, Daddy's Girl" in 2010.
"Miss Panda and Mr. Porcupine" will air its first episode in July.
