2 Sep After bracing through the negative impact of the 2008 photo scandal that featured her in compromising positions with ex-boyfriend Edison Chen, Gillian Chung still longs for a Mr. Right and doesn't mind going online to do so, according to a report on Daily Chili website.
"I would love to have a fairy tale wedding with my loved one at an exotic spot one day. So one day I just came up with this idea, to look for my future other-half online," she revealed although not revealing that she plans to do so through her micro-blogging site Weibo, or through popular social networking sites, Twitter or Facebook.
The actress who once expressed her wish of getting married at 25 years of age, now wishes to get married before she reaches 40-years-old. "He has to look presentable, with no bad habits. I hope I can meet someone who is filial, financially stable and who can take care of my family and me. I don't want someone who is violent towards women," said Chung on describing her Mr. Right.
The singer, who is one-half of Cantopop girl group Twins, is open to the idea of dating a guy younger than her or even someone from mainland China.
While many Netizens expressed their wishes that she would find her true love soon, there are also many who apparently hesitate to approach her due to her celebrity status and her previous Edison Chen scandal that dented her innocent image among the public.
