1 Jun – AKB48's Indonesian sister group JKT48 held their first theater performance at the Nyi Ageng Serang building in the Pasar Festival, Jakarta from 17 May to 20 May.
According to JpopAsia, although the four day performance was not held at the group's own theater building, they still performed according to the franchise's 'idols you can meet' concept.
JKT48 performed 16 songs from Team B's 'Pajama Drive' list that was translated into Bahasa Indonesia, which included "Shonichi" (first day) to mark their first theater performance. About 16 members from the group spent a month of training and to learn the steps and lyrics of the songs.
After the concert, the members held 'high-five' sessions with fans in attendance and sold their official merchandise.
