By 19 Jun – It was revealed that actors and King Kong Entertainment stars Kim Bum and Sung Yu-ri have donated their personal items to aid children in Africa.
According to Allkpop website, Kim Bum posted on his me2day, stating, "This is Kim Bum, the special ambassador for UNICEF. The King Kong Entertainment family and UNICEF have come together to donate our personal items to help children in Africa as tomorrow is the International Day of the African Child."
Former Fin.K.L member Sung Yu-ri also updated her me2day, stating that she has donated her personal items to the effort and ask fans to join them.
It was revealed that King Kong Entertainment, in collaboration with UNICEF will be holding an auction until 30 June to generate profits for the cause.
First initiated by the Organisation of African Unity, the International Day of the African Child is celebrated on 16 June each year since 1991 to assist and improve the education of African children.
