15 Oct – It was revealed that actor Michael Tse has been confirmed to play a villain in a cop drama, "Sniper Attack 2013".
Popular Asians Website reported that the TVB actor and co-star Kate Tsui were seen at the TVB studios, filming the teaser for the Kwan Wing Chung produced drama. When asked about his portrayal as a villain in "Sniper Attack 2013", Tse joked, "My wife is already tired seeing me in cop dramas and suggested that I take on other roles. But I ignored her. I love playing challenging roles."
Meanwhile, actors Eddie Cheung and Kathy Chow were also confirmed to be part of the cast. In regards to working with Cheung and Chow, Tse enthused, "I am looking forward to be working together with Cheung. As for Kathy Chow, I had a crush on her last time. Would she have a crush on me this time around?"
Starring Eddie Cheung, Kate Tsui, Kathy Chow and Michael Tse as the main villain, "Sniper Attack 2013" is a TVB law enforcement drama that revolves around a group of Hong Kong Police SDU snipers. The drama is scheduled for 2013 broadcast.
