10 Sep – Two months after his DUI incident, it was revealed that 2PM's Nichkhun has been officially charged for drunk driving and ordered to pay a fine of KRW 4 million (USD 3,525).
According to Kpopstarz website, Seoul Central District Court ruled the singer guilty for driving under the influence of alcohol and colliding with another motorcyclist.
An official from the Court also revealed that the singer has already resolved matters with the victim and everything ended cordially.
In July, the media reported that Nickhun was involved in a minor accident and was caught by the police for driving under the influence. The case was investigated and handed over to the prosecutors despite Nichkhun settling with the victim outside court.
Since the incident, Nichkhun's solo activities were halted, resulting in 2PM's comeback in September being delayed.
