15 Oct – Rosamund Kwan denied allegations that she had spent a large amount of money for her father's funeral.
According to Groove Asia website, Rosamund Kwan was hounded by the press regarding rumours that she had spent several million dollars for the ceremony.
Kwan, who arrived in a black vehicle at the funeral home prior to her father's burial, denied the claims but refused to give more comments about the subject.
However, the actress issued a thank you note to the media later on in appreciation of their understanding, so her family was able to have a portion of quiet time.
A lot of celebrities sent floral arrangements to remember Kwan Shan during the ceremony, including couples - Jacky Cheung and May Law, Miriam Yeung and Real Ting, Kenny Bee and Fan Chiang, as well as Leon Lai Ming, Chan Sin Chi and others.
The ceremony was also attended by Kwan's celebrity peers, including actors Alex Man, Susan Shaw, Tony Au and Teresa Mo, Ray Lui and others.
Veteran actor Kwan Shan passed away at the age of 79 due to lung cancer.
