Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung Shares a Date With His ′Niece′

Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung spent Korea’s Children’s Day on a date with a girl!

It was revealed that Shin Hye Sung had a ‘date day’ with Mo Ji Hye, the young girl who recently appeared with Shin Hye Sung on an episode of jTBC’s Shinhwa Broadcast. In the episode, the Shinhwa members had been tasked with winning the favor of a classroom of children and Shin Hye Sung and Mo Ji Hye’s close friendship had given them the nickname ‘uncle and niece’.

Following the episode broadcast, on May 5, on Korea’s Children’s Day, the two reunited to have a special date together. The two shared a meal where Shin Hye Sung continued to look after his beloved ‘niece’ as the two ate and had fun together.



On his part, Shin Hye Sung presented a clock with angel drawings for his ‘niece’, while his ‘niece’ gave a special handwritten (and mispelled) handmade card to her uncle that read, Because I miss you oppa.”

Netizens commented on the photo saying, “This uncle and niece relationship is so heartwarming”, “Ji Hye is lucky to have such a great uncle” and “Just looking at them warms my heart.”
