SM Entertainment’s ‘S.M.ART Exhibition in Seoul’ concludes successfully

SM Entertainment’s newest venture, ‘S.M.ART Exhibition in Seoul’ concluded successfully on August 19th where visitors enjoyed experienced new advanced IT gadgets that was on display and jointly put together by SM Entertainment and IT companies from all over the world.

It was reported that in order for visitors to enjoy the best possible experience, a limit was enforced for a set number of visitors at one time. But in just 10 short days, more than 30,000 had attended the exhibition, with more than 50% coming from overseas, showing the strength of SM Entertainment’s brand in the global market.

The exhibit which featured SM Entertainment artists on the big screen in 3D holographic images and more were the most popular among visitors.

Other interesting exhibits include a 13 metre tall tree-shaped screen which allowed visitors to make video calls with their favourite stars; Another exhibit allowed fans to dance along with their idols like Super Junior, SHINee or f(x) as if they were beside you; Another exhibit allowed your dance clips to be merged with actual music videos, and were an instant hit with visitors.

Besides showing fans amazing and wide variety of gadgets that SM Entertainment jointly collaborated with IT companies, it also emphasized the new management style that the company is heading towards in the coming years. The exhibition has not only won praise from visitors but also from companies that are seeking to develop new content. The exhibition has showed that this is a good base for them to walk out of Asia and head out to the world.

Meanwhile, ‘S.M.ART Exhibition’ will take place next in Taipei, Taiwan in April 2013.
