23 Sep – It was revealed that upcoming movie "The Alumni", starring Big Bang's T.O.P has been temporarily postponed.
Global Mnet website reported that the film production company revealed, "There were several disagreements over the direction of the film and our original director Park Shin-woo has stepped down from his director's seat."
They added that the delay occurred as production is currently in search of another director to take Park's position.
However, the production rep stated, "Although the artistic direction may change with a new director, the storyline and casts of the movie will remain the same," said the company head.
Earlier, the film also experienced delay due to unpredictable weather, including series of typhoons that had been hitting South Korea the last few weeks.
"The Alumni" is a film about a young man forced to become a North Korean spy in order to save his family and stars Big Bang T.O.P and Cho Sung-ha.
