The Voice judges got along pretty well so we aren’t too surprised to see Danny O’Donoghue and co have enlisted the help of his new bestie, Will.i.am for their new single.
On working with will.i.am, Danny O’Donoghue said:
“We thought it might make a great duet but we wanted to do it line by line, true duet style. It took several months, a headlock and a taxi cab to get Will on the song...!”
In the video for what feels like an unofficial Olympics theme tune, we watch two individuals struggle to achieve their dreams.
All the while, Will.i.am and the guys bounce around in the dark empty warehouse.
The Script member, Mark Sheehan added: "We wanted to capture as much emotion in the track’s sound as there is in the lyrics, which are definitely some of the most positive and upbeat we’ve ever written."
The Script’s new album #3 is out on September 10th
