It was a close battle, but in the end the Wonder Girls has emerged as the victor on this week’s Billboard K-Pop Hot 100.
According to this week’s chart released on June 22 by Billboard, the Wonder Girls with its infectious tune Like This topped some major competitors including Big Bang and f(x) to come out as number one.
The Wonder Girls managed to beat out f(x)’s Electric Shock in second as well as Big Bang’s Monster in third.
The fourth and fifth spots remained unchanged with Ulala Session’s Goodbye Day and comedian/singer Shin Bora’s Cry Because I Miss You from the Ghost OST in fourth and fifth place respectively.
Coming in at sixth was The Gloomy Song by Hyung Don and Dae June (Defconn), Good Morning by VerbalJint (featuring Kwon Jung Yeol of 10cm) in seventh and Lee Hyun (of 8Eight) in eight place with My Heart Hurts.
Big Bang’s Still Alive occupied the ninth spot while IU’s Billboard chart-topping Every End of the Day rounded out the top ten.
