1 May – It was revealed that actor Yoo Seung-ho has been confirmed to join the casts of the upcoming MBC's "Arang".
As reported on Koreaboo website, his management agency stated that "Yoo Seung-ho has been chosen to play the cheerful yet unapproachable Great Jade Emperor."
When asked why they agreed on this particular drama, his management conveyed, "Yoo Seung-ho felt a fresh kind of attraction to this character so he decided to join this project."
Other casts include in the new serial would be actress Shim Min-ah (Shin Min Ah) and actor Lee Jun-ki who plays the character Eun Oh.
"Arang", slated to be aired in July is a fantasy historical drama based on an Arang legend about a virgin ghost named Arang (Shin Min-ah) who wants to seek vengeance for her untimely death and asked the help of a bad tempered magistrate (Lee Jun Ki) who has the ability to see ghosts.
