cleaned up quite nicely for the soiree, wearing a voluminous halter gown and her red tresses down, some critics like HollywoodLife are questioning whether or not the
plunging neckline and revealing side panel were appropriate for the
occasion. Of course, it wouldn’t be the first time Lohan’s raised eyebrows by
