From head to toe, singer Miley Cyrus is being anyone but "just bein' Miley" tonight. Cutting her signature long locks and bobbing them in such a way seems appropriate for a singer in her 40s, but certainly not for a 19-year-old pop singer. Moving down to her double-breasted blazer dress with a plunging neckline, the look is just all too ripe for a double-entendre.
