Effen vodka launches at 7Adam park

A brand-new vodka is set to make a splash in Singapore – and a select few managed to get an exclusive first taste at 7Adam Park just this 11th April. Made in Holland, Effen vodka impressed the 300 guests in attendance with its four distinct cocktails. So which is their favourite?
