It takes five hours to get dressed, a likely two hours of limo jam just to get dropped off at the Nokia red carpet, another two hours of press barrage when you do get to the red carpet till they finally get sit down in the theater.

Now imagine all that in wearing tight long gown and (probably worn over TWO layers of Spanx®) and killer high heels. These celebs "suffer" for our Red Carpet enjoyment!

Ryan Seacrest did a double-take when he saw the dangerous slit on Heidi Klum's Alexandre Vauthier gown. But it could have been even more revealing if Klum hadn't altered it beforehand. The dress was originally completely sheer so they added a lining to key areas. "I love the color, the cut and I love the slit," said Klum. "I like a high slit!"
