65th SCC International Rugby 7s
Watch a tournament where teams will get a chance to fight it out and represent Asia in the Rugby Sevens World Cup qualifier.  The Padang will be transformed into a fully fledged stadium for the weekend, where fans and party goers alike get to soak in the Olympic sport of 7s (see it in Rio 2016) in the famous Friendly Sevens. 10am. 2-4 Nov. Singapore Cricket Club. Tickets are $70 each.

Singapore Wine Fiesta 2012
Featuring more than 50 international winemakers and over 200 labels, the Fiesta is a rare chance to speak and sip with international winemakers. Get ready to sample wines from India, Japan, Croatia, Lebanon and not forgetting the regulars from Australia, New Zealand, Chile, South Africa, USA, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Germany, and much more. Kings & Queens of Comedy Asia 3
Hosted by Jonathan Atherton, The Comedy Club Asia founder, this comedy fest will feature the best comedians in the region. Expect to have riotous evening of laughs with big name acts like Kumar, Vir Das, Shazia Mirza and Ron Josol. 9pm 2 & 3 Nov. Esplanade Theatre. Tickets start from $38.

David Foster and Friends
David Foster together with his group of acclaimed Friends will be the first major international artists to take the main stage at The Star Performing Arts Centre (The Star PAC), featuring a state-of-the-art 5,000 seat concert venue. Be treated to a memorable evening with Chaka Khan and Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, along with timeless favourite Paul Young.
