Jessica Alba brings her two young daughters to work with her to movie sets or at her offices for company Honest. The actress and her husband Cash Warren are parents to four-year-old Honor and Haven, 18 months.

She told People she manages to juggle the busy life of a mother, businesswoman and actress by taking her girls with her as much as she can.

“I bring them with me,” she revealed. “[Honor is usually] playing in the kids’ corner and running amuck bothering everyone, throwing paper airplanes at their desks -but they love it!”Along with her film career, Jessica also launched The Honest Company last year, selling a collection of toxin-free household goods, diapers, and body care products.

The star admits she is “much more picky” about choosing her roles now that she’s a mother, noting that she used to work “11 and a half months out of the year on location” before having children.

But despite her fame, Jessica says little Honor isn’t exactly sure what it is her celebrity mother does for a living.

“To her, Mommy going to work is her sitting in a trailer and me [filming], or it’s me at my office,” Alba laughs. “I think she thinks it’s all my job. She doesn’t know the difference!”

The actress is currently promoting animated movie Escape from Planet Earth in which she voices a scheming blue headed blue alien called Lena Thackleman.
