Emma Stone credits her fashion-conscious stylist for her show-stopping red carpet ensembles.

The Hollywood actress has been wowing with her dramatic gowns and on-trend attire of late. Emma prefers to shun the latest fashion must-haves in her every-day life, instead leaving her head-turning red carpet outfits to her trusted styling team.

"My stylist is really into fashion and she's great with," she laughed in an interview with Fab Sugar.

"So for me in my closet I have a lot of jeans, and T-shirts and sweaters, I mean I kind of, I kind of operate in that area most days."

Emma plays the role of Gwen Stacy in the upcoming superhero movie The Amazing Spider-Man. The stunning star enjoyed toying with the playful fashion for the film.

"I think, yeah," she said when asked if she had a hand in designing and styling her on-screen character. "Kym Barrett was our her costume designer and she's incredible and a lot of it was based on the comic books, so you could see the over-the-knee socks, it was very comic-booky a lot of the time which was just great. She found a way to kind of combine that cartoonish element with real life."
