The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix night race returns again to the Marina Bay Street Circuit on September 21-23, 2012, in all its head-turning, eardrum-bursting glory.

New Stuff

This year's highly-anticipated event will see new ticketing initiatives that allow spectators more freedom in exploring different parts of the circuit over the three-day period. With the introduction of the Combination Packages, visitors can pick from various Turn 1, Padang and Bay Grandstand combinations, or the Zone 4 Walkabout Combination that combines the Pit Grandstand and Sunday Zone 4 Walkabout tickets. For the first time, visitors will also be able to purchase Single-Day Grandstand tickets to catch the race. An exclusive Turn 3 Premier Grandstand category has also been added—it includes food, an exclusive bar, cushioned seats and special merchandise privileges.

Entertainment Lineup

The Singapore Grand Prix has also been known to attract world-class acts like Adam Lambert, Chris Daughtry, Linkin Park, Mariah Carey, Missy Elliot, Shakira and members of K-pop group Big Bang. This year, the lineup of headline acts includes the hugely famous Maroon 5 (above), Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou and pop princess Katy Perry. Other acts will be included in the entertainment lineup below as they are announced.

To watch the concerts upclose at The Padang, punters are encouraged to buy early-bird tickets and register their ticket transaction number (listed on the confirmation email or receipt) on the Fan Zone contest page by April 30, 11:59pm. Each ticket is entitled to one Fan Zone wristband, which will allow you access to the specially demarcated Fan Zone right in front of the stage.
