Kim Kardashian's sisters “yell at her” when her self-esteem is low.

The 31-year-old spends her life in front of the lens as the star of her reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but admits she feels insecure at times.

Kim has recalled the last time she hit a confidence crisis and her sisters Khloé and Kourtney helped her cope.

“It happens sometimes, and that’s when my sisters yell at me,” she told UK magazine Cosmopolitan.

“I did a photo shoot recently for our Sears lingerie line, and Khloé, Kourtney and I were all freaking out, like, Aargh! We were in little bra tops and little shorts. We weren’t as confident as we should be, but we all amped each other up.”

While the brunette beauty insists confidence is “so important”, she has trouble with her body image. The curvy star is not one to look in the mirror and feel good.

“No I hide from the mirror,” she confessed.

“It’s the inner confidence that makes you feel sexy, especially when doing a lingerie shoot. It’s always uncomfortable because there are a million people around doing the lighting and stuff, so it’s not the intimate thing you think it is when you see the photo. You just have to give your best. It’s a whole production but no one even pays attention.”
