Michelle Chamuel fans were given three times as much Michelle on Monday's "The Voice" and the singer explains how they created the cool mirror trick during her performance.

The 27-year-old Team Usher contestant had standout performances with "I Knew You Were Trouble," a duet on "One" with coach Usher and a performance of "Why," that appeared to be in front of three mirrors, but was actually both live and taped.

"[That trick took] a lot of time, a lot of rehearsing, a lot of brainwork," she told AccessHollywood.com's Laura Saltman after the show. "[And] a lot of math even!"

The effect was created with the help of many people and some skilled camera work.

"'Look here! Oh no, now it looks like she's looking over there. OK, try this. Okay, we gotta [make her] taller, shorter. Michelle, you have to remember to move like this,'" she said, recalling the work the mirror trick required. "It was a lot of rehearsing."

Adding, "It's a team effort. Everything you see, it's a team."

As for the possibility of her taking home "The Voice" crown, Michelle is at peace with however it goes down.

"I have no control over the future, so I'm trying to just trust that whatever happens is for the best," she said. "And that I will be able to be myself through it no matter what. I'm also very excited to see the show. It's gonna be awesome."

"The Voice" finale airs night at 8/7c on NBC.
