23 Aug – Fans that have been anticipating Won Bin's comeback to small screen after 13 years have to wait a little longer as the actor recently decided not to take the lead role in writer Noh Hee-kyung's new project, Jpop Asia website reported.

Despite rumours saying that the 35-year-old actor is interested with the drama, the actor has decided that he would not make his return through the project.

A representative tried to explain the reasons for Won Bin's refusal, stating "I don't know the details, but he was concerned that both the main male and female characters in the script carried an equal amount of weight in the drama, and it would be difficult to fine tune that balance."

After filming his hit movie "Man From Nowhere" (2010), Won Bin has looked through numerous drama scripts for the past two years for his small screen comeback since 2000's "Autumn in My Heart". However, it seems like not even a renowned writer like Noh Hee-kyung - known as the "Alchemist of Language", can convince him to do so.
