19 May – Rumour has it that SBS' "K-Pop Star" alumni's, Lee Ha-yi and Lee Seung-hoon be signing with Big Bang's YG Entertainment.

According to Kpopstarz website, the speculations started almost immediately after seeing YG's Yang Hyun-suk interest in both performers. During Lee Seung-hoon's elimination, the YG boss commented, "When I was in Seo Taiji and the boys, I was not good in singing, rapping, and dancing. There are many people who can sing better than Lee Seung-hoon, but not many who have brilliant ideas like him. Let's meet again in the professional field."

However, on 16 May, a representative of the agency debunked the rumours, stating, "Nothing has been decided yet. We're surprised at the rumours because even K-Pop Star's winner Park Ji-min hasn't decided on an agency yet."

The rep added that they will release an official statement soon.
